Join the Collective Prayer Sundays project — commit 10 minutes a week to peace!
The challenge this week was to meditate an extra time (you can also do it as part of your practice today) and divide the time between saying the chant (or your prayer) as a prayer (5-10 min.) and as an affirmation (5-10 min.).
