I have been so appreciative of all the lovely awards and I will continue to keep the logos displayed on the blog (at least those that will let me make them small enough to fit…), but the lengthy requirements of the posts have become a burden rather than a joy. I also see the awards as mainly a way for bloggers to network and help support one another in getting new readers and I have reached a point of struggling to keep finding new bloggers that I like well enough to recommend (in some cases not recommending just means I haven’t been reading long enough to make a decision). I love to help fellow bloggers and I will continue to appreciate reblogs, posts shared on Facebook or Twitter, etc. If you choose to nominate me for an award anyway, I will put up a thank you and a link back to you but I will not fulfill the requirements for the award. Thank you very much for honoring my wishes.
Good news!
I’ve just awarded you the “No More Awards Please!” award!
Kidding!
Ha! Thanks. I like this kind — no requirements, no pesky links to look up, nothing to write…
I aim to please.
