This Sunday let’s add a little exercise if you have time. Before you pray or chant or meditate for peace, get quiet, move inward and ask yourself if anything within you stands in the way of being peaceful and, if so, ask to see what it is. See the thing that blocks peace as dissolving or floating away from you. Ask if there is anything more you can do to release whatever blocks your peace. Then chant, etc. as usual.
