After a long trying spell of unwinding muscles and lack of sleep through the holidays I’ve been sleeping regularly for five or six days and I have to say I prefer sleeping to not sleeping! There’s enough unwinding still in process that my vision has improved a little more this week.
Now that’s a combo to love: improvement and sleep. And the sleep means my exercise and meditation schedules are much better which translates to feeling stronger and more alive. Woo hoo!
