  1. I like your mindfulness post and found it interesting reading about when you started yoga.
    I’ve no idea what type I do but love the peacefulness it brings me and the stretching is so good for the body.

  2. Mindfulness is something I practice on a daily basis…

    I find it nearly impossible to stay in the Moment if I am focusing on past Memories or Mistakes and the Mysteries of tomorrow…

    Such a Meaningful post for the letter “M”!
